Royalty is in the air in the very land of Great Britain it seems. At least that is what people who wish travel to the region can think of. A recent report from VisitBritian, the British Tourist Authority stated that as many as ten thousand plus foreigners on tour to the land were given a list of eighteen things that they may like to do in Britain. Add to this, they were told to choose their favorite of the eighteen in order of their preference. When it came to summing up, the top three slots for the things which received the most number of votes went in order of three, two and one: visit to Welsh castles, Buckingham Palace and Scottish castle respectively.

So basically it was all like there is to be visited in the Land of the mighty Queens and Kings; castles and castles and some more castles. The new report was in the mean time named "the appeal of only-in-Britain activities" VisitBritain was engaged in some extensive research before coming out with the results. The results were thus such and they showed that a good thirty four percent of the tourists wanted to make a visit to the palace of Wales. Thirty two percent of them wanted to visit the Buckingham Palace. A little over twenty nine percent wanted to have a night stay at the Scottish Castle. As many as nearly twenty nine percent wanted to watch the majestic visual of the rising sun at the Stonehenge. And the fifth one doesn’t come much as a surprise, but the fact that it enters the list rather too late.

It is that nineteen percent of teen wanted to watch the English premier league match. This was actually in tie with another nineteen percent also going for the fact that they would like to shop at the Harrods. The ones that were thus interviewed were from twenty countries from around the world. It thus also throws light on the fact that one may not ignore the monarchy linked rich UK culture as it thus has the potential of attracting great many tourists.
